Cancellation Policy

In order to best serve my clients and be respectful of each others time, I require a minimum 24 hour notice for any cancellations. If you need to reschedule outside of that time frame, I ask that you please communicate with me directly. I am very understanding about events outside of our control (children being sick, your sitter is sick/daycare closes unexpectedly, getting stuck at work, etc). I will never charge anyone for an emergency because they happen to me as well. Let’s maintain mutual respect for one another and communicate, that’s all I ask ❤️ I charge 50% of the cost of your appointment for a late cancellation, and 50% for a no-show appointment. No show appointments will not be permitted to book again until previous balance is paid.
